**Responsibilities and Qualifications**:

- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports on HR metrics.
- Collaborate with management to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations in the workplace.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including payroll data, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions as well address employee concerns.
- Ensure day-to-day operational tasks and timely processing.
- Oversee all HR activities across our restaurant locations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws.
- Conduct regular performance reviews.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- General HR administrative support for line managers and employees
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to QAR2,200.00 per month
