Perform tactical and strategic administrative support tasks
- Prepare and distribute correspondence
- Answer, screen and direct incoming calls
- Organize travel arrangements for CEO
- Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO
- Organize, update and maintain files
- Assist in handling agreements or other legal documents
- Perform other duties as reasonably assigned

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Qatar is required
- Three years of experience in a similar role
- Legal background is preferred
- English fluency
- Working knowledge of the office equipment and computer software
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Attentive work ethic, information-oriented, as well as self-motivated
- Great attention to detail and organization skills
