Provide professional, efficient and effective Administrative and Marketing support to the Senior Managers and Divisional Head in all day to day business activities.
- Work with manager and business heads to formulate marketing activities. Develop marketing communication campaigns and prepare briefing materials and design. Promote products and services through public relations initiatives.
- Coordinate with Clients and staff on all business matters and maintain the important communication and business documents in safe and proper manner.
- Organize and maintain professional up to date filing system for company, business communications, incoming and outgoing mails, letters and faxes.
- Timely complete the given assignment, including all inter-office correspondence, quotation, business proposals, and assist Managers in the preparation and presentation of the tender documents.
- Coordinate and maintain good working relations with our clients and suppliers.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in the company dealings and communications.
- Create, implement and maintain all social media marketing activities. Create marketing and promotional materials, both print and electronic. Copy, edit, proofread, and revise communications.
- Develop and manage the productions of event's marketing collateral and ensure that deadlines are met.
- Create and deliver press releases, media relations content, corporate newsletter content, social media content, and proposals. Research media coverage and industry trends, conduct extensive media outreach and develop.
- Identify, develop and execute communication strategy for key media contacts and customer references.
- Establishing brand awareness
- Strong and consistent communication skills
- Process all pertinent documents in reference to the criteria of immigration office, ministry of labour, government offices, ministry of foreign affairs, QFC in compliance with the laws and regulations.
- Translating all required documents between Arabic and English or vice versa.
- Process, submits and follow up all the company official relations/transactions with the government sectors.
- Renewal of official documents of the company
- To liaise with authorities to ensure company compliance to local laws and regulations.
- Attend all the meetings with CEO and perform all the assistant required to the CEO and other staff

**Salary**: QAR4,500.00 - QAR5,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
