Facility Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist the technical team with material purchasing and procurement for maintenance and repairs.
- Coordinate with clients and tenants to schedule maintenance tasks and follow-ups.
- Prepare daily reports on facility activities and submit updates to the main office.
- Identify technical issues within the properties and provide assistance to technicians for timely resolution.
- Monitor ongoing technical work and ensure it meets quality and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests, completed tasks, and inventory.
- Act as a liaison between the facility team, management, and clients to ensure smooth communication.
**Qualifications**:
- Technical background with hands-on experience as a technician or in a similar role.
- Strong ability to identify and troubleshoot basic technical and maintenance issues.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills (written and verbal).
- Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel) for preparing reports and maintaining records.
- Knowledge of facility maintenance processes within residential or commercial real estate.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in real estate or facility management.
- Must be in Qatar with valid visa and NOC
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Valid Qatar driver’s license (preferred).
- Good command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Pay: From QAR2,500.00 per month
