- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms.
- Coordinate and oversee office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Supervise administrative staff and provide training and guidance as needed.
- Manage office budgets, expenses, and procurement of office supplies.
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
- Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
- Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external clients.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Office Manager or similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office and office management software (e.g., ERP systems).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
