Total Rewards Specialist

Develop and maintain a competitive compensation and benefits framework aligned with company strategy.
- Create a consistent compensation philosophy in line with organizational goals.
- Conduct job analysis and classification, and participate in market surveys for pay rate benchmarks.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Design salary & grading structures and incentive plans.
- Prepare HR presentations and communicate with stakeholders.
- Handle salary adjustments, promotions and increments.
**Qualifications**: Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or any related field; demonstrated experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist; adeptness with job evaluation systems; familiarity with labor regulations; strong quantitative and analytical acumen.
Open to all nationalities that can obtain a work visa in Qatar.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From QAR12,000.00 per month
