Doha, Qatar Marine Service Full time

The PA is responsible for admin related tasks assigned by the GM

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Assist in booking and maintaining meetings’ agendas with clients, suppliers and contractors.
- Attend meeting within the company's office or at clients' premises.
- Secretarial Job and File Organization.
- Ensure minutes of meeting and notes are prepared after meetings.
- Drafting letters and communications texts and certificate as per request.
- Maintain neatness and well organized offices environment and appearance.
- Follow-up with clients on their related work tasks.
- Follow-up with suppliers or subcontracts on work tasks.
- Prepare and review presentations for existing and new potential clients on proposed services.
- Follow-up with clients on invoices and due payments on agreed time frame.
- Maintain good business relation with key clients.
- Prepare quotes, filing, and other organizational matters.
- Follow-up and attend to clients inquiry and if required outbound sales calls.
- Maintain Work Calendar with clients related to agreed service scheduled visits.
- Participate in exhibitions booths that the company participate in as an exhibitor.
- Whenever it’s necessary to attend international exhibitions solely or with the managing director.
- Assistant MD on required personal related matters.
- Follow-up with MD of important tasks and deadlines.
- Maintain records of all official documents due to expiry for renewals.
- Accompany MD on business trips whenever is needed.
- Handle personal bookings, reservations and arrangements for MD.
- Participate in media related production for the company such as photoshooting, video or presentation.

**Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge**:

- Fluency in English
- Arabic Speaking is advantage
- Proficiency in MS office
