HR Payroll Officer

The HR - Payroll will manage and oversee the payroll process and provide comprehensive support in various HR functions. You will ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws while maintaining accurate and timely payroll processing.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Payroll Administration**: Manage the entire payroll process, including the calculation and distribution of salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions in accordance with Qatar labor law.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to all Qatar labor regulations and employment laws, including but not limited to wage and hour laws, social security contributions, and end-of-service benefits.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records related to payroll, benefits, and personal information.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit payroll-related reports and documentation as required by law and company policies.
- **Employee Relations**: Address and resolve employee payroll inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- **HR Support**: Assist in other HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement as needed.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for enhancing payroll processes and implementing best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Demonstrated experience in HR, particularly in payroll administration, with a thorough understanding of Qatar labor law.
- **Knowledge**: Strong knowledge of payroll procedures, social security regulations, and labor laws specific to Qatar.
- **Skills**: Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
- **Technology**: Proficiency in payroll systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with Payroll software is advantageous.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: QAR1.00 per month
