Deputy Board Secretary

- Ensure that the Board Secretary receive sufficient support and advice related to the Board to ensure the smooth operation of board, committees, and associated meetings.
- Assist the Office Manager in ensuring that the operations of the office and Shareholder's relation are working smoothly and comply with relevant internal policies and regulations.
- Serve as a secondary point of contact for the executive office (Chairman). Primary contact being Office Manager.
- Ensure that shareholder related transactions are processed properly and answer all shareholders' queries and questions, as requested from time to time.
- Ensure company's compliance with corporate governance regulations with regards to the Board
- Strong knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Strong knowledge of data recording and management methods, tools and related techniques

**Qualifications**: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Professional

**Experience**: Minimum 3 - 5 years applicable experience

**Language Skills**: **Fluent Arabic** & Business/Legal English
