Recruitment Coordinator

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Collaboration with Hiring Managers**:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, job specifications, and organizational goals.
**Vendor Management**:
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, staffing agencies, and other recruitment partners to augment talent pipeline as needed.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with external vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality of service.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in vendor management to continuously improve processes and strategies.
- Provide regular reports and metrics on vendor performance, and other relevant KPIs.
**Recruitment Strategy Development**:
- Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent within the construction/ facility management industry.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging recruitment technologies to enhance sourcing and outreach strategies.
**Talent Acquisition Metrics and Reporting**:
- Generate regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and optimize recruitment strategies.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or Engineering with related recruitment experience (preferred).
- Proven experience of minimum 04 years as a recruiter, preferably within the construction or facility management industry.
- Familiarity with construction job roles, qualifications, and industry-specific requirements.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
