**With us you will**:
- Be the link between direct sales team and zonal sales manager and own the team leader role responsibilities
- Responsible for delivering Zonal and territory Sales Targets through Direct Sales team
- Responsible for finding sales opportunity and getting the necessary approval
- Identifying business opportunities & holding regular pipeline review meetings with the team.
- Training sales team on sales techniques, administration and product, planning, executing, and managing sales strategies Effective management of churn and retention of customers
- Support the zonal manager in managing the day-to-day operations, quality of sales and compliance errors.
- Manage Lead Generation for the channel
