**We are looking for an experienced successful Partner Business Manager to join our Partner Organization VMware in the METNA Region to Cover the Gulf Countries ( Kuwait - Qatar - Bahrain & Oman ) You will bring passion, drive and a genuine customer first approach through Partners to help our Partners achieve their digital transformation goals with customers driving the customer life Cycle mission (CLC).**:
**You will own the end to end engagement with partners and orchestrate an approach to identify, develop and empower their capabilities and deliver value-based outcomes benefitting both the partners and VMware and how partner engagement will impact customer life cycle.**:
**The partner Business manager are at the forefront of VMware with the partners and therefore help shape the future got to market and how partner be Partner development and Empower Partners to run technology assessments & POCs and Mastering the services arm**:
**Your efforts will help to establish VMware as a critical business partner, building a sustainable reputation around our technology solutions and in the way we do business. By empowering the Partner in the region and aligning with sales and BU with services.**:
**Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?**:

**You will be managing Partners opportunities from day one, in collaboration with you Sales team and Business Units team, and be expected to build and sustain a pipeline of business across customer accounts within partners, leveraging the full breadth of the VMware solutions portfolio. By the end of your first 12 months at VMware you should have established a significant presence and impact with both your partners and the colleagues with whom you work.**:

- **A Partner Business Manager to lead channel Partners You will be sharing your deep expertise of optimizing VMware solution with partner and lead to customers.**:
- ** Successful Partner Business Manager maximize their time with partners engaging in their business & work on their capabilities, empowerment and exploring ways for growth in which VMware can deliver solutions. You will set a regular cadence for engagement with the range of stakeholders, including quarterly reviews and executive briefings. You will cover a breath of partners personas.**:
- ** Your individual partner plans will establish a foundation of intelligence and insight for both short-term tactical sales opportunities as well as long-term strategic success.**:
- ** Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an overall consultative approach will set you apart from competitors.**:
- ** You will seek to build deep understanding of the partners landscape through great discovery activities and in building robust roadmaps for sustainable partnerships.**:
- ** The VMware way of selling incorporates a number of technical, financial and value-based tools that all account managers are expected to master and leverage to the full.**:
- ** Partnering closely with the key system integrator in the market, you will work towards a joint sales campaign and business plan that helps the partners in both the short and longer term.**:
