**Position Overview**:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues, aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The HRBP assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, developing integrated solutions to support the success of the organization and its workforce.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Partnership**:

- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
- Provide strategic input and guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
- Act as a change agent to support organizational transformations and culture development.
- **Talent Management**:

- Oversee talent acquisition processes, ensuring the organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent.
- Lead performance management initiatives, such as performance appraisals, goal setting, and feedback mechanisms.
- Identify talent development needs and work with Learning & Development teams to implement relevant training and development programs.
- **Employee Relations**:

- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR issues, including performance, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Conduct investigations as needed and provide recommendations for resolution.
- **Compensation and Benefits**:

- Partner with compensation teams to ensure competitive compensation structures.
- Provide input on salary benchmarking, job grading, and benefits programs.
- Support the administration of employee benefits, including health, retirement, and wellness initiatives.
- **Policy Development & Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to update and maintain company policies and procedures.
- Implement and enforce HR policies that reflect the organization's values and goals.
- **Data-Driven HR Solutions**:

- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess trends, identify risks, and propose solutions.
- Analyze workforce data to guide decision-making on areas such as turnover, absenteeism, and employee engagement.
- Provide reports and recommendations to senior management based on data insights.
- **Organizational Development**:

- Lead initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness, including employee engagement and culture-building activities.
- Partner with leadership on succession planning and leadership development strategies.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture within the organization.
- **HR Program Implementation**:

- Lead the implementation of HR initiatives and programs within the business units.
- Ensure alignment between the HR agenda and the overall business strategy.
- Drive consistency in HR processes and practices across the organization.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in an HR role with a focus on HR business partnership or strategic HR.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive HR initiatives.
- Experience in using HR metrics and analytics to inform decisions.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
