Employee Relations Officer

Participates in the induction of new recruits, advising them on the Institute’s personnel policies and procedures to ensure they are fully aware of their statutory entitlements, obligations, as well as amenities and services provided by the Institute.
- Ensures timely preparation of personnel files and ensures the proper maintenance of personnel records.
- Reviews and processes personnel action forms. Ensures actions are consistent with the Institute’s personnel policies and procedures, and the employment contract’s terms and conditions.
- Assists supervisor in investigating and conducting disciplinary cases, prepares case briefs, assisting and advises line managers on routine employee relations matters.
- Counsels line managers and employees on employee relations matters, listen to individual grievances, and facilitates resolutions in line with relevant policies.
- Supervises and controls the administration of employees' leave programs and policies. Receives and endorses leave action forms. Prepares and dispatches lists of leave balances in excess of the allowed limit.
- Ensures accurate and timely preparation of all administrative details related to employees' end of service.
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
