University of Doha for Science and Technology (UDST) (Formerly known as College of the North Atlantic - Qatar) is the first national applied University offering applied Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in addition to certificates and diplomas in various fields.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
This position requires an energetic and enthusiastic individual who will develop and implement employee relation policies, processes and frameworks in alignment with HC Strategy and UDST objectives. The Employee Relations Specialist will be responsible for continually supporting positive, productive working relationships between management and employees. The Employee Relations Specialist will also act as an HC Business Partner by conducting regular interactive sessions with Business Units and working on setting priorities, driving values and delivering business results.

**Education and Certifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required

**Experience**:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in human resources, employee relations or related field.

**Language**:
Fluency in written and spoken English language, Arabic is an asset.

**Other Required Skills**:
Ambitious and self motivated team player with a high standard of professional integrity. Well-versed knowledge and understanding of employee relations, performance management, talent development, Labour Law and legal compliance. A proactive can-do attitude to work and good time management is essential. Reliable and dependable with a desire to lead by example. Analytical thinking, effective problem solving skills and the ability to develop effective working relationships across all levels of the organization is required to be successful in this role. A commitment to ongoing training and continuous professional development is desirable.
