Secretary to CEO

**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
- Attend meetings and keep minutes
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
- Make travel arrangements
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in handling secretarial functions to the Sr. Management preferably in O&G or Engineering industry.
- Should have a bit of technical knowledge.
- Must have good communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi
