Executive Assistant to CEO

Doha, Qatar A to Z Services Group Full time

**Job Purpose**:
To provide executive support to the CEO. Manage wide administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Handle any special projects when assigned in a timely manner.

**Key Result Areas**:

- Provide sophisticated calendar management and keep track of daily appointments of CEO
- Organize and maintain files and documents
- Attend meetings and prepare agenda and minutes of the meeting
- Ensure to register/RSVP’s attendance on internal and external meetings/seminar/forum. Assist in travel arrangements as requested
- Accurately track expenses by managing credit cards and receipts. Process and submit receipt accurately and on schedule
- Arrange schedules, handle correspondence, provide travel related services including visa, hotel, transportation, itineraries and other business-related requirements
- Work collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation and as a relationship builder
- Provide support to other team members as needed
- Other reasonable tasks as assigned by CEO

**Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- **5+ years of work experience in Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role**:

- Good organizational skills and the ability to improve the workflow in the office
- Proficient at multi-tasking to handle several different requests accurately in a timely manner
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills required
- **Arabic and English is a must. **French is an advantage
- Possess high integrity and confidentiality level

Pay: QAR12,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- C-Suite Executive or Personal Assistant: 5 years (required)
