**About the role**

We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join our quickly growing Customer Care team as a Customer Research Insights Officer.

In this role, you will support the Senior Officer Customer Research Insights in all Data extraction, Data Analysis, Report presentation and research activities conducted by the Customer Care department for all relevant stakeholders, by gathering the required information and preparing reports.

**As part of your daily responsibilities, you will also**:

- Engage and review flexible dashboards to ensure their Continued improvement
- Share Customer related data and insights with the Customer Care management team and other business units when applicable
- Support the team in customizing research methodologies as per Customer Care and Business units' requirements to provide better visibility against the Market and Competition
- Participate in analyzing and presenting the research projects by using the correct methodologies as agreed within the team and Line Manager
- Develop insightful KPI dashboards to facilitate performance review and enhance decision making accuracy
- Conduct regular internal reports to review results, monitor performance, and highlight potential gaps to the team
- Perform competitor research and present the insights to the Line Manager to understand the key priorities and the customer perspective
- Work with IT when required, or in the absence of the Line Manager to improve research data quality, data collection mechanisms, and data usage (collection, preparation, and processing).

**Qualifications**

**We are looking for a professional with the following skills and experience**:

- High School Diploma with 4 years of job-related experience **OR**Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Applied Computer Science or similar, with 3 years of job-related experience
- Specialist skills in different data analytical systems and tools such as SAS, SPSS, SQL, R, Python, or similar
- Hands-on experience in data extraction, transformation and visual analytics, namely with such tools as PowerBi or Tableau
- Working knowledge of MSD, Salesforce, or other CRM solutions is a plus
- Expertise in research methodologies, consumer behavior, and market research activities
- Very Good presentation skills for data reporting.
