Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the CEO’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Participate in client meetings and create detailed meeting minutes.
- Prepare and deliver presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of website content.
- Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the CEO.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform general administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
- Well-presented and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Fluency in English (Other languages are a plus)
- Must have Qatari Driving License

**Experience**:

- working with C-Level Executive: 5 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Qatar Driving License (preferred)
