**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update HR information systems (HRIS) and databases.
- Assist in generating HR reports and analyzing HR data for insights.
- Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve HR software issues.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing employee training and development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
