Administrative Specialist

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Human Resource**
1 Plan and manage recruitment and selection of staff
2 Plan and conduct new employee orientation
3 Identify and manage training and development needs of employees
4 Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures
5 Administer HR policies and procedures
6 Implement and monitor the performance management system
7 Handle employee complaints, grievances, and disputes
8 Administer employee discipline processes
9 Conduct interviews
10 Review and update employee rules and regulations
11 Maintain the human resource information system and employee database
12 Coordinate employee safety, welfare, and wellness
13 Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions
**Procurement and Logistics**
14 Coordinate the procurement and purchasing of materials and products and maintain business relationships with suppliers.
15 Liaise with suppliers to build relationships, ensure the best pricing, and source alternative suppliers as required.
16 Maintain inventory stock and supplies
17 Coordinate and monitor the delivery of ordered goods/services and ensure through established procedures that all received goods/services are in accordance with the terms and specifications.
18 Ensure the most economical methods of transport are used for importation
19 Liaise with the Accounts to ensure payment for suppliers
**Admin**
20 Active participation in office management, including handling general clerical tasks
21 Work collaboratively with other departments to help solve clerical issues
22 Aid accounting department to provide manage invoices, payments, and receipts
23 Represent department managers or other senior-level officers in meetings, including taking notes and recordings as needed
24 Prepare and maintain company documents and reports.
25 Determine the administration issues and resolve them for smooth office operations
26 Provide support in preparing project documents, reports, and brochures
27 Coordinate with inside staff and outside agencies for daily administrative operations
28 Support worker communication with the management team
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
