**Roles and Responsibilities**

Work to generate revenue for the company by identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities; finding new customers or markets, expanding existing customer relationships, and increasing sales.

Manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners; negotiating contract terms, ensure compliance, and resolve contractual disputes to protect the company's interests.

Set and achieve corporate revenue goals, profit margins, and closing percentages through effective team management, assuring that estimation activities align with corporate goals, executed in a timely manner, and maintaining accurate records and generate comprehensive sales reports and provide insights into sales performance to the relevant parties.

Develop existing and potential customer relationships through quotes, negotiation addressing needs, resolving concerns, and offering technical support.

Evaluate large project portfolios, costs, and presentations to align with corporate values and objectives

**Skills**

Minimum 11 years of related experience in the Oil and Gas Industry

Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Priority for those holding ICWA /CA /FIDIC

Commercial & technical knowledge.

Deep contractual knowledge of engineering services environment.
