**About the team**

You will join a very welcoming HR team, who are working well together to serve the business. Our team consists of the manager and 3 other colleagues, all supporting our Technical division. Being based at the airport makes it easier to work together with the business. We work hard but love to have fun together at the same time. Respect and honesty are important in our team so we are looking for someone that shares these same values.

**About the role**

We are looking for someone that loves to work with challenges, can think creatively and bring people along with them. In this role you will coach and support leaders in their leadership journey in becoming better people managers.

Besides the operational part this role has, we are also looking for someone that has experience in more strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities of the role:

- Understand the business and support them with implementing their strategy.
- Use business understanding: develop actionable HR insights and solutions.
- Coach business leaders to think strategically, think about the impact of changes on the organization and how to best make use of people to achieve success.
- Provide coaching and advice leaders to improve individual and organisational performance.
- Encourage open constructive dialogue between employees, managers and leaders.
- Develop effective working relationships with the leaders and employees, positioning Human Resources as an integral part of the business and the HR function as a trusted advisor to the business.
- Ensure that the organisation actively manages an appropriate balance of resources to meet changing needs, the short and long-term ambitions of the organisation strategy and to create competitive advantage.
- Drive people performance management and talent management processes for the business.

Qualifications

**About You**

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join our HR Team who can recognize themselves in the points below.
- Minimum qualification of bachelor’s degree or equivalent is essential.
- Minimum 7 years relevant experience
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in best practice HR practices and processes, like case management, employee relations, organizational design.
- Strong coaching skills.
- Experience in leading HR projects
- It is an advantage if you have experience within the Aviation industry or even in Aviation Maintenance (knowledge of the Technical Engineering Business);
- Data analytical skills and advanced Excel skills are a plus.
