**Job Announcement**: Venue Administrator
**Location**: Doha
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized **Venue Administrator** to join our team If you have a passion for venue management and excellent administrative skills, we want to hear from you.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks related to venue operations.
- Coordinate bookings, schedules, and logistics for events.
- Maintain records and documentation for events and venue usage.
- Assist in budget tracking and financial reporting.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and vendors, addressing inquiries and issues.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in venue administration or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and venue management software.
