**About the role**:
Manager Commercial Planning & Revenue Management is responsible to work closely with the multiple stakeholders such as Sales, Operations, Technical and Finance teams to drive strategy planning, develop robust operational processes and data-informed analyses, ultimately supporting successful business growth and operational efficiency. This role will work closely with QE leadership team on various strategic priorities to help them grow, scale and run the business revenue more effectively. Manage annual strategic/business planning, headcount planning and resource allocation processes in coordination with Finance and functional teams across the organization.
**Accountabilities**:
**Operational**
- Lead the financial modelling activity for strategic business opportunities and initiatives using a range of modelling and scenario-building tools, ensuring rigorous testing of assumptions and risks to aid high quality decision-making by the Leadership Team and Board
- In conjunction with operations, analyse FBO current utilization and explore options to increase their current revenue inflow.
- Provides advice to QE departments regarding the performance management and measurement framework, and facilitates the development and implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and performance measurement systems at the department level.
- Create reports and presentations for senior leadership. Develops data analysis and revenue reports for Management by constantly evaluating hours, manpower, contribution and net yield.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.
- Facilitate meaningful debate to develop and refine strategy and approach, documents and artifacts that communicate and translate strategy and vision to compelling strategic initiatives and goals.
- Serve as program manager for key projects, driving the strategic vision and project execution forward.
- Drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reporting to leadership across QE Management: will be the hub for business data and communication, and act as the primary point of contact for Sales Operational data, forecasting, and other business data.
- Serve as a critical partner for leaders on ad-hoc projects ranging from business decision support, location strategy, global expansion and new acquisitions.
- Oversee and supervise employees. Direct daily activities, recruit, train, develop and discipline to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
Qualifications
**About you**
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 08 years of job-related experience.

- Comfortable leading strategic initiatives to solve complex business challenges with multiple levels in the organization

- Demonstrates ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and operational challenges.
- Experience managing stakeholders at all levels.
- Excels in a hands-on and fast paced startup environment and getting things done.
- Able to work cross-functionally with many teams and multi-tasks with a sense of urgency.
**Preferred**:
- Knowledge of aviation business.
- Direct experience in private jet operations or brokers/charter industry.
