**HR Generalist**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offer letters (Local & Overseas).
- Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure new employees are integrated effectively.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and grievances.
- Promote a positive work environment through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
- Handle disciplinary actions and conflict resolution in alignment with company policies.
- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality.
- Oversee benefits administration, including health insurance and other employee perks.
- Ensure the organization complies with Qatar's labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in developing and updating HR policies, handbooks, and procedures.
- Handle visa and residency-related processes for employees in coordination with PROs (Public Relations Officers).
- Support performance appraisal processes and provide feedback mechanisms.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
- Prepare HR reports, such as turnover rates, recruitment metrics, and payroll summaries.
- Analyze HR data to support strategic decision-making.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience Certificate as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR role & ERP systems is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must have Valid QID, can provide NOC to transfer.
