Manager Key Accounts

As the business expands, this is an exciting opportunity to join our Global Sales team and help us manage our biggest global OTA partners. The role will focus on developing and implementing the right global OTA strategy in order to optimize the revenue generated, developing new ideas and approaches to optimize OTA revenue whilst keeping the COS under control. You will set the strategy for your portfolio of global OTAs, whilst supporting the field on any local OTA related matters and ensuring suitable BI tools are in place to monitor them. One of the main tasks will also be to find any global opportunities and prospect potential global OTAs to add to your portfolio. Additionally, you will work closely with internal stakeholders like PRM, DD, CM.
Other key duties would include:
- Developing strong internal and external customer relationships that deliver impactful results on ambitious annual targets.
- Developing commercial strategy and introducing updated strategies to optimize OTA revenue.
- Develop revenue objective and KPIs in conjunction with key stakeholders.
- Effectively manage and drive the performance of existing line of business and source of new business opportunities through ownership and active management to develop quality revenue.
- Maximize opportunities identify efficiencies and eliminate duplications and overlaps.
- Manages risks affecting program’s successful outcome by ensuring that such risks and solutions are discussed during routine/periodic project team meetings and solutions are implemented.
- Conduct performance reviews with key internal and external stakeholders in order to achieve sales results in line with commercial KPIs and budget ROI.
- Manage the cost of sale of your portfolio within predefined targets.

**Qualifications**:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the Global Sales team.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (MBA or master's preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in Travel / Airlines / Tourism industry in commercial roles.
- Experience managing large multi-million-dollar global accounts.
- Strong skills in analysis and interpreting analysis for business decisions.
- Have a track record in accounts acquisition.
- Detailed understanding of the airline value chain with professional experience in a range of key commercial functions.
- Managerial skills - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills. Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
