Account Manager

As an Account Manager at Digiturnal, you will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with our valued clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. Your main objective will be to drive growth and revenue by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding our services within existing accounts.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Understand each client's business objectives, challenges, and pain points, and proactively propose solutions to address them.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries, concerns, and escalations, and ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to align strategies and deliver exceptional service to clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients, and work to close deals.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to clients, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing their experience and achieving their goals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, and share relevant insights with clients and internal teams.
- Monitor client satisfaction and retention metrics, and take proactive measures to address any issues or concerns.
- Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings to build relationships and promote the company's services.
- Continuously strive to exceed sales targets and performance metrics, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service, preferably in the Marketing field with 3 - 5 years of Experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
