**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategies for new business acquisition in the Qatari market, focusing on services such as social media management, SEO, and software development.
- Establish, maintain, and expand relationships with clients across various industries to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and present company services to them effectively.
- Negotiate and close business deals while maintaining knowledge of current market conditions.
- Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance and market trends.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking events to promote the company and its services.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales pipeline.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience of at least 2 years as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or a relevant role in the advertising or digital marketing industry.
- Strong understanding of the Qatari market with a focus on digital marketing services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and foster business relationships.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a significant advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Able to make sale visits on your own through metro or whatever means you want.

**What We Offer**:

- Its a sales commission based job, our DM service packages starts from QAR 1900 and goes upto QAR 8000. So you get 40% of each client you on board for DM service in a month. In this way you can earn as much as you want.
