We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager with a Fashion design background to join our team. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the GCC to drive growth for the company. Your focus will be on building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and proposing innovative solutions that meet their business goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to grow the business.
- Work collaboratively with the design team to ensure the delivery of high-quality projects.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Design, or related field
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the design industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Strong understanding of design principles and industry trends
- Self-starter with a high level of initiative and ability to work independently.
