**With us you will be responsible to.**
- Ensure that indirect sales partners abide to their contractual agreements and service level agreements (SLA’s). Build healthy relationships and trust with the accounts’ points of contacts and ensure to Increase the accounts penetration and manage the leads.
- Identify new opportunities within the market and coordinates this with concerned departments inside Vodafone. Develop and maintain client relationships according to Vodafone sales guidelines.
- Increase the sales and revenue according to the allocated target and establish forecasts and anticipated revenue streams. Set regular forecast numbers and figures related to number of new connections ARPU targets.
- Run telesales activates and sometimes SMS campaigns on the current customer base.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets as set by the channel manager.
- Ensure that business is always conducted with integrity and that behaviour is aligned to the Company's values through all our indirect channels. Work within governance processes to ensure the best customer experience.
- 60% of time expected to be meeting potential clients and existing accounts choosers and ensure sales qualities and development of sales skills.
- Manages Sr. Sales and indirect sales channels that will sell Vodafone products and services to customers.
- Managing relations between Vodafone, indirect sales partners and business entities including planning and sales.
- Update the channel manager regularly regarding progress against targets and meet the provided deadlines.
- Provide feedback on market trends/competitor activity relevant to Vodafone's sales and marketing management.
- Collaborate with wider public and large sector account managers to ensure alignment of the sales activity across the Business segment.
- Performs related tasks consistent with skills and abilities and general responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.
