You will work closely with the Culture Manager and other internal and external stakeholders in the implementation of innovative culture strategies, while also contributing to internal communications and supporting relevant research and diagnostic initiatives.

**How to apply**
**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 4 years of job related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communication/Social Science/Business Administration/Change Management or other relevant field of study.
- Strong track record in designing, producing and delivering impactful and compelling internal communications.
- Prior experience in writing copy including developing long and short copy.
- Prior experience in using measurement, data, analytics and insight in relation to communication and engagement activity.
- Previous experience in an organizational culture role or staff engagement unit within an international airline or large-scale organization is preferred.
- Willing to relocate to Doha, Qatar.
