We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Entertainment Manager Assistant to join our team and help us navigate the exciting world of entertainment.

If so, we want you to join our team as an Entertainment Manager Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with our Entertainment Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our busy and hectic schedule.

**Responsibilities**:

- _Assist the Entertainment Manager_: Work closely with the Entertainment Manager to provide administrative support, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
- _Event Coordination_: Assist in the planning and execution of various entertainment events, including Residencies, shows, and Gigs.
- _Client Relations_: Maintain positive relationships with our clients and act as a friendly and approachable point of contact.
- _Proactive Problem Solving_: Anticipate and resolve issues that may arise during events or in daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- _Flexibility_: Be available for late-night events and flexible with working hours as needed in the entertainment industry.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the entertainment industry or a related field.
- Proven ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including late nights and weekends.
- A genuine passion for and knowledge of the entertainment industry.
- A presentable and friendly demeanor.
