**Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelors or Master’s Degree in any related field (electronics & communications and transportation/traffic/road technologies).

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- 5-7 years of experience in sales management.
- With experience in Directional Signs, Gantries, Cantilevers, Internal and External Way-finding Signs, Steel Doors (Fire and Non-Fire Rated Doors), Variable Message Signs and Controllers Cabinets for intelligent transportation system in addition to that Designs and fabricates Steel Structures for Construction.
- Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management.
- Strong interaction with customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
- Excellent Computer skills (PowerPoint).
- Excellent English written communication, verbal communication, and organizational skills. Arabic is a plus.
- Passion and enthusiasm.
- Outgoing, inspirational leadership style with solid results orientation.
- Strong professional values and work ethic.
- Good attention to detail.
- Team player-works to ensure team goals are met or exceeded.
- Positive ‘can do’ attitude.

- Planning and implementation of sales programs.
- Responsible for managing sales to ensure all sales goals and objectives are accomplished on time and with the best results.
- Develop annual sales forecast for the company.
- Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Prepare action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
- Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
- Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFQ (request for quotation) responses.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
