This position supports the F-15 Qatar Emiri Air Force program. This program is in direct support of the United States Government contract with the Qatar Emiri Air Force.

**This is a **fixed term contract** **for a minimum of two years.**

**This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. **A **final **U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start **is required.**

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Assists in coordinating and scheduling on time delivery of parts and commodities by following established schedules and procedures.
- Assists with researching, identifying and resolving customer supply support system inventory discrepancies.
- Assists with reconciliation of discrepancies in information to mitigate or minimize disruptions in the supply chain.
- Maintains and updates information systems that distribute materials management information to required recipients.
- Collaborates with company organizations to identify and resolve system issues.
- Suggests potential solutions to resolve problems of limited scope affecting the supply chain.
- Releases orders to fabrication or assembly organizations to initiate manufacture of products.
- Monitors logistics system performance. Prepares required company reports.

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:

- Makes use of and applies job practices, techniques, standards, principles, and concepts.
- Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.
- Refers to policies, procedures, and practices for guidance
- Works under general supervision.
- Products are reviewed for sound judgment and overall adequacy and accuracy.
- Contributes to the completion of organizational projects and goals.
- Interacts primarily with internal personnel and external customers. Represents the organization on specific projects.

**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)**:

- Strong PC skills and experience utilizing Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, and Word are desired.
- Experience with quality management systems preferred.
- Proactive self-starter who possesses a positive work attitude and has strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, people and communication skills.

**Typical **Education/Experience**:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 2 years' related work experience, etc.).

**Relocation**:
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. - 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
