**What you will do**

The Lead Sales Engineer, HVAC Aftermarket is a key role based out in Qatar and will directly report to the Service Branch Manager for Johnson Controls Qatar and will be part of an emergent team that is responsible for growing the Building Technology Services - HVAC Aftermarket footprint in Qatar Markets

As Lead Sales Engineer you will be accountable for the selling Johnson Controls HVAC service offerings to end users like commercial/residential properties, Contractors and industrial/infrastructure sectors. You will Promote the Johnson Controls value proposition to building owners by providing technical solutions and operational expertise and also will Build and run long term customer relationships/partnerships with target and managed accounts.

As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience in order to achieve MEA business objectives.

**How you will do it**

As an experienced HVAC Sales professional, you will be accountable for running ongoing opportunities particularly focusing on selling services and repairs. With direction from the supervising manager, you will sell the Johnson Controls offerings persuasively, persistently, and confidently to building owners at the D-level while reaching efficient profit levels and also concentrate on improving the existing buildings to allow the building owner to achieve business objectives. As a Sales professional you will build and maintain relationships with the owner or owner representatives responsible for the decision-making process to drive the sale of Johnson Controls service offerings.

As a Lead Sales Engineer you will focus on customer satisfaction and will Position renewable service agreements as the foundation of managed account relationships and also Implement the sales process to nurture and handle long-term relationships and seeking out, qualifying and closing new sales opportunities. You will concentrate on securing and closing sales opportunities on a monthly basis.

As a Lead Sales Engineer you will plan and document sales progress as well as increase business opportunities in assigned accounts by using all available sales tools. You will collaborate with the internal operations and administrative staff and effectively and efficiently address issues and also work in partnership with the credit teams to manage receivables balances in line with Johnson Controls objectives and policies.

**What we look for**:
**Required**
- Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent
- Minimum of ten (10) years of dynamic field sales experience of selling HVAC Solutions within GCC market
- Minimum seven (7) years successfully selling HVAC Service offerings within Qatar market
- Strong Market awareness and relationships in the HVAC line of business in Qatar
- Should be able to optimally handle a sales opportunity through its sales life-cycle
- Demonstrates a dedication to integrity and quality in business
- Self-driven and motivated to meet annual performance goals
- Excellent Stakeholder Management, communication abilities and strong presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence the market at key levels

**Preferred**
- Minimum Ten (10) years of successfully selling HVAC Service offerings or HVAC Projects in Qatar preferred
- Holds an MBA degree
