To Brief Us, founded in 2019, BAKERSFIELD is a brand originated in the state of Qatar for leading the transformation of the food industry into a transparent, healthy, and sustainable business while empowering customers with a healthy lifestyle.

We are a 1000 Sqm exclusive Gluten-Free production facility, with a lineup of 65 different products, which is also the largest line up in the market.

Our Mission is to reach out to the people with our healthy range and create awareness for transformation to a healthy lifestyle. We have developed a range of Gluten Free, Lactose Free, Sugar Free, Vegan products which will give people the same taste and texture without losing the health factor. We have handpicked our ingredients from the most trusted sources across the world to make sure the authenticity and quality of our products.

Currently, we supply our products with QACC, All Major Hospitality sector & Hotels such as Marriott Hotels, Katara Hospitality Group etc., Monoprix, AL Meera, Lulu Hypermarkets, Talabat Mart, Snoonu Mart.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
- **Responsibilities**_
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
- **Requirements**_
- Proven working experience in Qatar /Middle East/European -Hospitality Sector as a business development professional, sales executive or a relevant role.
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Proficiency in English
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- BSc/BA/Masters in business administration, sales or relevant field
- **Qatar Driving license**
