**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Labor Law Compliance**:

- Ensure all HR policies, procedures, and practices are compliant with Jordanian labor laws.
- Advise management on updates and changes in labor legislation and ensure implementation within the organization.
- Handle labor disputes and represent the company in any labor-related issues or government meetings.
- **Recruitment & Onboarding**:

- Support in the preparation of employment contracts, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding processes, including documentation, orientation, and training schedules.
- **Employee Relations**:

- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related queries, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
- Promote employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- **Payroll & Benefits Administration**:

- Assist in the preparation of payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments in compliance with legal requirements.
- Support in administering employee benefits programs and resolving related queries.
- **Training & Development**:

- Coordinate employee training programs to ensure staff development and compliance with company standards.
- Assist in identifying training needs and scheduling relevant programs.
- **Performance Management**:

- Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Assist in tracking employee performance and follow up on action plans for improvement where necessary.
- **HR Records & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, personal details, leave, and attendance records.
- Prepare and submit regular HR reports to management.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure the workplace complies with health and safety laws, including training and implementation of safety procedures.
- Coordinate with the safety team to reduce workplace hazards and promote a safe working environment.
- **Other Duties**:

- Support in organizing company events, meetings, and other activities.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR projects and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Jordanian labor laws and regulations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working in the hospitality industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and solution-driven approach.
