Job Title**:F&B Project Development Manager**
**Job Overview**: We are seeking a dynamic and innovative F&B Project Development Manager to join our team. As the F&B Project Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the development of new food and beverage projects, from concept to execution. Your expertise in F&B operations, market analysis, and project management will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth and success in the F&B industry.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify new F&B project opportunities, including market trends, customer preferences, and competitor analysis.
- Develop and refine project concepts, including thematic elements, menu offerings, pricing strategies, and target audience identification.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, designers, and culinary experts, to create innovative and unique F&B concepts that align with market demands and company objectives.
- Prepare detailed project proposals, including financial projections, feasibility studies, and timelines.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of project development, including budgeting, resource allocation, and procurement.
- Oversee the design and construction process, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to develop and implement efficient operational procedures, including staffing, training, and standard operating protocols.
- Conduct regular project progress meetings, providing updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor and evaluate project performance, analyzing key performance indicators and making recommendations for improvements.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the F&B industry, and incorporate them into project development strategies.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in F&B project development or hospitality project management, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations, including menu planning, kitchen design, and service standards.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to develop and analyze financial projections and budgets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and innovatively, while also considering market demands and profitability.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. A relevant Master's degree is preferred.
