- Reconcile accounts, oversee accounts payable/receivable, and manage payroll processing.
- **Compliance and Audits**:
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws.
- Coordinate with external auditors and assist in preparing financial statements.
- **Strategic Financial Support**:
- Provide actionable insights to optimize cost efficiency.
- Support management in strategic financial planning and decision-making.

- **Recruitment and Onboarding**:
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- **Employee Engagement and Welfare**:
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting engagement initiatives.
- Organize training programs and professional development opportunities.
- **HR Administration**:
- Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation.
- Manage payroll, benefits, and compliance with labor laws.

- Develop and implement HR policies that align with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., OODO, QuickBooks, SAP, or Tally).
- Knowledge of HR tools and payroll systems.
- Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel.
- **Soft Skills**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
