Developing growth strategies and plans to increase retail/service portfolio
- Secure new partners to join the network portfolio (redemption partners, deals & special deals, cashback, aspirational rewards, discount offer, giftcards and merchandise)
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
- Writing bespoke business proposals
- Negotiating and follow up with stakeholders
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
- Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
- Following industry trends locally and regionally
- Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements weekly
- Ownership of projects and responsible to meet the targets and deadlines assigned
- Manage all backend work and reporting
- Reporting to the Partnerships Director
- 4-5 years of experience in sales & partnership
- Arabic/English speaking
- Ability to establish rapport and build trust with partners
- Collaborative approach and the ability to problem solve

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
