Admin Coordinator

Project Overview:
Ibtechar is at a stage of bidding in a governmental entity project related to innovation labs If awarded, Ibtechar will be responsible for the full project planning and exections. The project is targeted at the digital innovation ecosystem stakeholders in Qatar including start-ups, scale
- ups, corporates, investors, researchers, academia, service providers, etc. who will benefit and contribute to the key objectives of the project.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide assistance to staff, managers, and senior-level officers as needed
- Create, prepare, and deliver reports to various departments
- Receive and forward communications to different staff and departments
- Organize meetings and meeting schedules for each department
- Coordinate with human resources to handle payroll and personnel databases
- Work with accounting departments to process invoices, make payments, and track receipts
- Support the other departments and write MOM
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in office administration may be preferred
- 3+ year of proven work experience in office administration
- Experience with productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly organized and able to create an organized and easy-to-follow system for others
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and duties simultaneously
- Ability to coordintae netween business units & teams
- Independently motivated, with the ability to take on tasks and duties without immediate direction
- Strong communication skills
- Bilingual (Arabic & English)
**Salary**: QAR15,000.00 - QAR20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
