Administrative Compliance Coordinator- QAtar

**We are looking for a Administrative Compliance Coordinator for our company.**
**Responsibilities**:
**Renewals Management**:
- Coordinate and manage the renewal process for licenses, permits, certifications, Employee IDs and other necessary documents.
**Visa Processing**:
- Communicate with immigration authorities and Government departments to ensure compliance with company and visa regulations.
**Compliance Matters**:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Assist in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
**Documentation Management**:
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all company documentation, including contracts, permits, licenses, and compliance-related materials.
- Develop and maintain filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents as needed.
**Communication and Coordination**:
- Serve as a point of contact regarding administrative and compliance matters.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information and documentation for compliance purposes.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative roles with a focus on compliance or regulatory affairs.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience working in Corporate Service agency
- Familiarity with immigration processes and visa regulations.

**Salary**: QAR2,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
