Administrative Coordinator

Addresses a variety of administrative activities and details for Executive Management office, by reviewing, active re-scheduling, high quality communication with Internal and External stakeholders, Prior arrangements for the complex and detailed travel plans along with the itineraries.
- Managing and leading the communication between the departments under core business area for the collection of various reports in relation to the Business Cycle Activities such as Annual Business Cycle Reports on Annual Leaves, Senior Management Executive Reports, Key Achievements, Budget Utilization, Annual Business Objectives for Employees, Annual Training Plan for all employees, Departmental Business Year Plans, New Joiner On-Boarding Process, etc. to be submitted to the AMD Business Office.
- Overseeing the communication within the ED Office and establishing collaboration within the departments on matters related internal and external stakeholders.
- Prioritizing and follow ups on incoming business matters and concerns addressed to the Executive Director and to maintain the confidentiality.
- Creating and maintaining aligned communication between the Executive Director’s office through active demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff.
- Managing the business activities and corporate matters, documents related to Directorate and departmental functions.
- Working closely and effectively with the departments to ensure quality and standards successful implementation within the directorate and office management responsibilities.
- Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matter expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
- Overseeing implementation of internal standards on reporting and administrative processes within three business areas under the core directorate
- The incumbent will undertake any such related duties or responsibilities as directed.
- Ensure high standards of confidentiality to safeguard any sensitive information.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in administration, preferable in the Healthcare industry.
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Fluent Business English Language, both spoken and written.
- Good Computer Skills (MS Office)
- Supervisory skills
- Research and reporting skills.
- Communication and Office management skills
- Personal drive, commitment and being a self-starter.
- Prioritizing workload and meeting tight deadlines with high quality output.
- Organized and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a variety of groups.

- Aware and familiar with relevant laws and governmental polices in the state of Qatar.
Pay: QAR10,000.00 per month
