**Driving organizational effectiveness**

You will be responsible to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety. You will coordinate with government authorities for employment visa and renewal of trade licenses. As a part of office administration, you are required to overlook the office maintenance, coordination with various stakeholders for smooth functioning of the office. You will provide support in maintaining leave balance, preparation of employment letters, making travel and hotel arrangements as per the requirement..

For employees who are new to the country, you will extend your support in relocation, additionally you will extend support in managing the company provided accommodation.

**Office Administration background**

You hold a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in any field and must possess ability to multitask. You like to work with multi-cultural environment and able to navigate in a matrix organization and you look forward to shaping Arla’s future in a very exciting and complex region. A strong impact, excellent stakeholder management skills and attention to details are necessary qualities.
