As a Lead Planning Analyst, you will be responsible to ensure that all budget balances or financial and statistical data pertaining to the Customer Experience division are verified for authenticity prior to approving content using appropriate tools. You will confirm that information uploaded is enhanced and modified as per requirements in order to support budgetary requirements. You will be liable to authenticate extracted analytical data and all business propositions and suggestions prior to content being submitted to the Line Manager or stakeholder departments. As a Lead Planning Analyst, you will also ensure that all requests regarding analysis and evaluation are put through an appropriate process flow that is well documented in order to drive departmental goals.

As a senior member in the team, you will be providing supervisory support in defining business requirements, preparation of master plans or presentations and all other requirements pertaining to analysis and statistical reporting.

**Qualifications**:

- At least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4 years of job related experience
- Previous work experience in an analytical or statistical based company will be an added advantage.
- Ability to evaluate and authenticate required analysis and all other business proposotions
- Advanced communication skills including technical writing skills
- Strong mentoring and coaching skills
