**Job Description**:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers reaching through telephone line, answer their queries and provide information about various products and services offered by the Company.
- Receive inbound calls
- Keep record of inbound calls attended, record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
- Achieve lead conversion goals while attending customer queries by maintaining high level of customer service
- Ensure follow-ups and follow-through on all inbound call queries and close it with remarks (action taken) by coordinating with branches/ departments (if required)
- Match the tone and pace of the call recipient while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Work in a very positive and nurturing environment with constantly improving follow up and service skills.
- **To do welcome calls for the customers on the basis of the previous day customer registrations of all the branches, collect the feedbacks about the customer experience and enter the details in the Welcome Calls system.Support in achieving departmental target of customer acquisition and maintain database of customers contacted as part of acquisition drive.**:
- **To call up inactive customers and reactivate them by providing latest information related to customer interest (ongoing promotion/ attractive rate/ personalized service etc)**:
- **Manage multiple outbound call campaigns by means of tele
- phone.**
**Manage time for target driven inactive customer reactivation approach to achieve departmental target,**
Manage, keep track, and drive results in accordance to campaign / call targets (outbound) whilst remaining under pressure from Mystery checks, inbound volumes and other daily functions
