Qatar Airways are excited to be launching a new opportunity to join our HR Talent Development team as Learning Excellence and Quality Specialist, reporting to Learning Excellence and Quality Manager.

Apart from the responsibilities above, your operational duties will also include:

- Measurement of the effectiveness of TD’s learning solutions at a participant, manager, department and corporate level (L 1 - 4).
- Delivery and end-to-end implementation of the LEAP including the LMS side of the program.
- Instructional design and revisions for all Learning Excellence learning solutions based on relevant feedback.
- Conducting TESS calibrations, observations, and quarterly/yearly analysis of TD results, as well as leading the yearly TESS review based on data gathered throughout the year.
- Delivery of LEAP1, LEAP Classroom Essentials, LEAP2 and LEAP Virtual Essentials, and management of pre
- and post-requirements including certifications and retakes when applicable.
- Gathering and generating the feedback reports for the LEAP program and propose yearly changes based on data obtained through L1-3 feedback.
- Acting as a performance consultant for training delivery quality and consistency for TD Staff.
- Maintaining the design and delivery template/forms updated and available for TD staff.
- Conducting quality audits within TD for delivery and design of training materials.

**Qualifications**:
**About You**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Administration / Corporate Learning and Development / Human Resources / Education / Educational or Organizational Psychology **or** Equivalent with Minimum 5 years of job-related experience.
- **For Qatari Nationals**: a Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent, no job-related experience is required.
- ‘Train the Trainer’ Certification by a world-renowned institution and a minimum of 5 years in facilitation and delivery of learning interventions and workshops.
- Experience in instructional design.
- Experience in data and trend analysis.
- Experience in measurement and evaluation of learning solutions.
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
- Professional knowledge of MS word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent training and facilitation skills and ability to motivate and inspire trainers from across the business to build organizational performance.
- Critical attitude supporting Learning Quality and process adherence.

**Preferred**
- Experience in implementation of LMS (Learning management system).
- Auditor experience a plus.
- Master’s degree from a recognized university in Adult Education and/or quality related field.
- Learning Technologies technical acumen.
