coursesindoha is a learning center for creator courses, providing a platform for girls of adults and kids to learn new skills in the creative fields to become creators.

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Junior Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the growth of our business by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and expanding our customer base. Your primary objective will be to drive sales and revenue growth through effective lead generation and conversion and supporting with marketing strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to generate and convert leads and increase revenue, meeting monthly and quarterly targets
- Build relationships with potential clients and partners
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content and promotional materials
- Attend industry events and conferences to promote coursesindoha and network with potential clients and partners
- Analyze sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and sales strategies
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

**Salary**: QAR2,500.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
