Onboarding Coordinator

Responsible for all aspects of the onboarding of all new employments in GL events. This includes the coordination and hold onboarding process for new employees, including individual hires and group onboarding sessions. Also, assist with direct communication to the new employee's to ensure onboarding efficiency and timeliness. This Role is key to ensuring our new employees have the best experience when they join with GL events.
**Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Responsible for providing exemplary customer service and support to new employees by coordinating all elements of the onboarding/pre-hire process/offboarding.
- Supporting the team daily with all general queries.
- Liase and Finalise with tenants, make sure apartments have a welcome pack upon arrival with all info needed including emergency procedures, house rules per building.
- Communicate the accommodation allocations and hotel bookings for guests.
- Optimize transport planning in the most efficient way for the newcomers.
- Actively support an environment of teamwork and cooperation.
**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 4 months
**Salary**: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
